The McGovern-Dole Food For Education (FFE) project is a three-year program supported by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to improve food security, expand access to primary education, promote early childhood development, and enhance learning outcomes in Cambodia.

In partnership with local NGO Bandos Komar Association, World Education is leading the literacy component across Kampong Thom, Kampong Chhnang, and Siem Reap provinces.

World Education and Bandos Komar are assisting Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MoEYS) to roll out their new Early Grade Learning package, known as Komar Rien Komar Cheh, in three districts in Kampong Chhnang province. World Education will provide follow-up training, coaching/mentoring, and reinforcement of the EGL rollout in Kampong Thom and Siem Reap provinces. To guarantee capacity at the central level for the full transition to MoEYS for rollout across the country, World Education will provide technical assistance in training delivery, planning, and materials development. Activities will reach 568 schools across the three provinces.
